No holiday camp!

Happy Bluecoat is in the pink!
19 year-old Scott Bruton emerged from bootcamp a winner - but he risked his job as a bluecoat at Pontins to chase his X Factor dream.
The Manchester singer had to hand in his notice because he couldn't get time off to attend bootcamp. Now the holiday camp children's entertainer is glad he took the gamble when he did.
Speaking after being handed a golden ticket into the Judges' Houses stage of the competition, he told us, "I've just phoned my mum and told her I got through bootcamp. Now I've got to phone Pontins where I'm a bluecoat and tell my old boss".
"I've been doing that for six months prior to being on The X Factor, and it's been amazing.
"I had to give it up, but it's been worth it. You know what? Now I'm never gonna look back!"
Scott was very emotional after being given the good news and was grinning from ear-to-ear after Simon Cowell broke the news to him.
"When Simon started to talk, I thought I wasn't going to be going through. Then it hit me that I had, and I couldn't believe it. I was lost for words."
But delighted as he was to be successful, Scott was appreciative of the people who weren't lucky enough to make it to the next stage. "I've got friends who weren't successful, but they are being really supportive. How brilliant is this!?"
"I've seen major singers go out of the competition, and I'm like, 'Oh my God, what am I doing here?'
"There are so many talented people, I feel privileged to be in this situation".
And still in shock he grinned, "I couldn't be happier. You know, this is the best thing that's ever happened to me"!
