Bless! Stars can't bear to be apart!
There are still weeks left to run in The X Factor competition - but two of the show's stars have hit it off so well they intend to move in together!
According to Ruth, she and Alex are "Like sisters" and "Do absolutely everything together - we can't bear to be apart!"
Alex feels likewise, even inviting Ruth and Oritsé from JLS to her l'il bro Aaron's 16th birthday party at the bowling on Sunday night!
The 19 year-old said, "It was so good to go out to do normal things. Not many people recognised us, and we have such a good laugh".
Alex puts her new-found confidence down to having such a great pal in the house - and we all saw Simon call Alex the 'Most improved' performer on the show on Saturday night.
Both gals are bursting with ideas about starting a new life after the show.
Said Ruth, "I love Alex to bits; she has a wonderful soul. We are definitely going to be flatmates - we'd have an amazing time".
"My fiancé will have to stay in Spain for another twelve months because of work commitments and because we have to sell our house".
"I'll be here working, and although I'll visit Spain a lot, Alex and I will live together here".
Alex chipped in, "We're going to have a huge sofa with cushions to sleep on so we can fall asleep watching films. Ruth thinks she's going to have a red wall in the kitchen for guests to write graffiti on - but we're not having that"!
But the pair do agree on a couple of things. Said Ruth, "We're going to have lots of parties..."
And Alex added, "...And we're gonna have a disco ball in the lounge"!
