A few last thoughts from the finalists...
Tonight's show is almost upon us and at the X Factor studio in London, things are pretty frantic. Eoghan is rushing around trying to get his outfit right. JLS are rehearsing the song they've chosen as their duet. And an over-excited Alexandra is zipping up and down in a hyperactive fashion, between hair, make up and sound. Bless 'em!
An hour before the show began we asked them how they were feeling. Here's what they had to say.
Eoghan Quigg
I'm really proud of myself for a sixteen year old boy I've done so well I'm going to enjoy it no matter what happens. All of my family and my best mates are here tonight. It's incredible to have everyone's support I just want to keep going and giving my all.
Alexandra Burke
I am really nervous, I am really excited. I am soo excited about my collaboration; if I die tonight on stage after I perform I will die happy. This is the best day of my life.

I am really looking forward to the collaboration it is old school meets new school. It's going to be historical, and I can't wait to be on stage. Hopefully but the end of the night we will be celebrating!
