I had Diana as favourite to win, but I have to be honest Alexandra has done London proud. I don't have the words to express how amazed I was especially when Alexandra duetted with Beyonce and sang one of my favourites. I cried big time. Love you Alexandra and after that I am more likely to apply for next years X Factor. You are so human in every way and that is what I love about you Your emotion was so heartfelt and maybe that is why I cried so much especially on the last two words of the duet.

i think shes really improved, and i remember when everyone wanted diana and laura to win and she was kinda forgotten, but she is an amazing singer. i wanted eoghan or jls to win in the final, but diana IS AMAZING, the besssst!

why do people see the beyonce's and alex's duet as a negative thing? In fact it shows how much Alex did deserve to win it was spectacular it was a world class performance it shows how much Alex is a born superstar... whereas the other acts in their duets were sort of out performed by boyzone and westlife. Just shows how professional alex is. Man you all need to stop hating at least we can be proud the UK knows how to vote for true talent!

i actually think it all comes down to the star duet. boyzone and westlife dont really compare to beyonce. leon won last year with his duet with kylie and alex won last night because of her beyonce duet.
