Eoghan Quigg
Third placed Eoghan delighted his army of supporters during The X Factor Live Tour, before releasing his self-titled debut album, Eoghan Quigg, which reached the Number One spot in Ireland.
He was then invited by his boyhood idols Boyzone to perform as a special guest on their live tour, having impressed Ronan and co during their X Factor collaborations.
On top of all this, the past 12 months have also seen the young Irishman complete his school exams, take up song writing, and prepare for his own UK and Ireland live tour – phew!
Austin Drage
Like his trademark biceps, Austin’s work schedule has not stopped bulging ever since he left the show. It’s been a hectic year for the Essex lad that has seen him support Rod Stewart at the Caudwell Children’s Charity Ball, sing for A-list celebs like Uma Thurman at the prestigious Ark Ball, and get booked to perform at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix, the final race of the Formula One season.
Austin is currently working with the team behind N-Sync and The Backstreet Boys penning songs and recording tracks for a new album… One to watch in 2009!
Scott Bruton
Heartthrob Scott had the looks, the voice, and that all important ‘likeability factor’, but when he found himself up against an emotionally charged Daniel Evans in the week three sing-off he didn’t stand a chance.
Since leaving the show Scott has landed the lead role of Bobby in the West End production of Dreamboats and Petticoats.
