Over the past few weeks all 12 acts have been busy working together to record this year’s charity single, Michael Jackson’s You Are Not Alone, and finally the moment to unveil the fruit of their labour has nearly arrived … and they couldn’t be more excited!
“All of us feel honoured to be part of such a great cause,” explained Jamie when we caught up with him at the recording studios. “Plus, the chance to be part of a single that could go to number one… it’s the stuff you dream of really!”
“This is such an amazing opportunity and we’re doing it for a really good cause,” added Rachel. “Hopefully we’ll get to number one!”
Well, we’re keeping everything crossed! Because for every single downloaded or CD bought a percentage of the proceeds will go to the Great Ormond Street Hospital, one of the world’s leading children’s hospitals dedicated to helping sick children get better.
