After a tumultuous week full of surprises, the six remaining Finalists and the four comeback contestants are at the studio rehearsing.

James Michael has just arrived at The X Factor studio and is waiting for rehearsals to kick off. Accompanied by his trusty Gibson guitar, he tells us: “I’m feeling a bit overwhelmed by it all. When I got the call to come back, I was like ‘Are you kidding me?’”

Jonjo Kerr has just had his skin-bronzing spray tan and is wandering around the studio in a dressing gown and with stick on plastic soles so the colour doesn’t smudge. “It’s amazing to be back,” he says, flashing us not one but TWO A-Okay signs.

The 2 Shoes gals are getting ready for an EPIC pampering session to look their very best for tomorrow's Live Show. "We've had a spray tan last night," Lucy admits. When we ask them if they are having another bit of glow applied - it is X Factor spray tan day, after all - they look at each other, then back at us and burst out giggling: "What do you think? Course we are!" "The pampering on The X Factor is top class," Charley adds. "The eyebrow lady is amazing."
