Series 4 - Leon Jackson
A Michael Bublé fan, Leon’s dreams came true when he performed with his idol at Wembley Arena, making him the first and so far only X Factor contestant to perform at Wembley while still in the competition. Presently, the singer-songwriter is working on his second album in America.
Series 5 - Alexandra Burke
Alexandra Burke failed to make the X Factor finals in 2005 but returned in 2008, to clinch the winner’s title. Her debut single, Hallelujah sold over 100,000 copies in one day, making it the fasting selling single in a 24 hour period in the UK. At present, the songbird is putting the finishing touches to her second album. We can't wait!
Series 6 - Joe McElderry
Since winning, Joe McElderry continues to perform. As well as recently appearing as a contestant on and winning Popstar to Operastar, the singer was also invited to Buckingham Palace to sing for none other than her majesty, the Queen. Wow - we bet his Mum was proud!
Series 7 - Matt Cardle
Last year's winner Matt scored a hat-trick following his win. A Christmas Number One single, a publishing contract to pen two memoirs and an album out towards the end of this year. What a busy bee - we're X-hausted just thinking about it!
