Oh. Em. Gee. Dermot’s countdown of the finalists through to the next round is always super-tense, as well as exhilarating. After sending Frankie, Rhythmix, Johnny, Misha B and the other five lucky acts through to the fourth Live Show, poor Louis found his Overs Kitty and Sami in the bottom two.

Oh no! Two ladies, two big voices, two power ballads. Kitty and Sami sang their hearts out to convince the judges to give them another chance. But while Gary called her voice “undeniable” and Tulisa threw her a last lifeline, Louis made the brave decision to avoid a deadlock and voted Sami out.
