Cheryl: I'd snog Dannii!

As if Saturday’s first live show wasn’t already a veritable furnace of anticipation and excitement, Cheryl Cole went and got the audience all boiling under the collar by admitting she’d SNOG Dannii if one of her girls won this year’s competition!
Yes you read it correctly, that is what the Geordie stunner told The X Factor audience on Saturday night during one of the show’s commercial breaks.
Cue a cacophony of American-style whooping and hollering from most of the audience, whilst the remaining few were left lost in a kind of silent, slack-jawed stupor, imagining the magnificent spectacle of it all in their mind’s eye.
Cheryl’s soccer star hubby Ashley had already had a bad day at the office, and news that his wife had said she was gonna snog someone else must have compounded his misery.
But then considering that person was the drop dead gorgeous Dannii Minogue, the jokey comment would probably have put a smile back on his face!
Everyone in the studio seemed to thoroughly enjoy it anyway!
