Rachel is too temperamental to be a winner on X Factor. Didnt like her sulking week before last. Louis showed a lack of grace when voting Daniela out this week. A kind word would have gone a long way. So much for Irish charm- he really let himself down.

Agree with frenchconnection. Stop giving sympathy only votes. Also simon's commments about how he likes rachel and hopes she stays in does not help. She is not good nor will be.

Have not heard Rachel sing good since being selected for the finals. She should have been voted off already. There are far better singers in the competition.

The only reason Rachel's made it this far, and will probably go further is because of sympathy votes ! I totally agree with frenchconnection. In that one, she should of gone in the bottom two, because her performance was real bad ! But instead Laura and Ruth were in the bottom two, when clearly their performance, that night, was wayy better, its a complete joke. And how Daniels managed to stay further than Austin and Laura reali gets me ! :S

I agree, it is all about who has the best voice. I personally think Rachel has the best recording voice. I even think she has a better recording voice than any other female vocalist performing today. They are mainly all good performers left in, apart from one, so it is down to personal taste as to who gets voted out from now on. No need to blame anyone else. It may even be the person with the dullest song who could get voted out, such as what happened to Laura, two dull songs and she was out.

Yes, Rachel sang a few notes out of tune. But to compare her to Daniel is ridiculous. Singing a few notes out of tune does not take away from the fact that she has an amazing voice - I would vote her in over Daniel, Eoghan and all the other contestants that have gone (bar Laura). I would vote for her because of her raw talent, not because of the technical side of her performances. The way she sang that song, I almost cried. She performs with emotion unlike some other contestants.

Essexgirl7, All the contestants are all in the same boat. All singing in front of 10 / 12 million people. If one sings badly, they deserve to go. Rachel clearly sang the worst if you look at the number of bum notes.Sympathy voting is pathetic and is ruining the show. Surely this show should be about talent and taking that talent forward to another level, not nurtureing 2nd rate kareoke singers who deserve to go nowhere.You imagine Leona getting voted off like Laura? It would be absurd. Get real.

I've seen some crass voting over the years on this show but this year it takes the biscuit. The problem with people voting for Daniel and Rachel, means that good singers go out of the competition like Laura and Scott. Rachel sang so many bum notes and I mean big bum notes, that it was a catastrophe.A girl was thrown out last year for shoplifting, why shouldn't Rachel be thrown out for drug taking and making her childrern's life a misery. The show is compelling watching, but a joke, as is Louis.
